Bread is the staff of life most everywhere in the world. In the Mediterranean and Middle East, pita is the standard accompaniment for the spreads which make up a considerable portion of any meal. Rusks are also common and are produced from a variety of grains and twice-baked to form hard biscuits.  Our rusk offerings include wheat, rye and golden sugar. Other flatbreads and biscuit toasts are available as well.
