For a mouthwatering dip to delight your guests, mix the sardines with light cream cheese or sour cream, capers, chopped shallots and pepper – and serve with salty tortilla chips, crudité or crusty bread. To create an Italian-inspired pasta, add Delamaris Sardines in Sunflower Oil to a pan sauce of onions, garlic, capers and wilted spinach sautéed in olive oil. Top the cooked pasta with a squeeze of lemon and freshly toasted buttery breadcrumbs. Our sardines make delicious fish patties and quick and easy fish tacos – pan seared, or right out of the tin!
