KRINOS Mixed Olive Salad

To make our salad, we start with hand-picked Kalamata and Halkidikes Olives from Greece – and Manzanilla Olives from Spain. We then mix the pitted olives with two beloved Greek cheeses: crumbly, milky Feta and salty, grated Myzithra. We then bathe the olive and cheese mixture in a marinade of oil, herbs and spices, luscious sun-dried tomatoes and tangy pepperoncini. Enjoy our Krinos Mixed Olive salad “as is,” or on a Meze or salumi platter. For an hors d’oeuvre to impress your guests, dice and serve on toasted bread. Our Mixed Olive Salad also has all the necessary ingredients you need for a wonderful pasta sauce.
