The Balkans are renowned for their specialty meats. They play an important role in the diet as well as in many holiday traditions. Our meat offerings include pork, chicken and beef - produced as sausage, pastrami, salami and bologna. Though rarely the main course, these meats - fresh or dried – are excellent as snacks, sandwiches and accompaniments to cheese and fruit boards. Some are mild, others are spicy and a few are smoked. Many of our meats are halal.
