The first EVOO in Greece with a “Protected Designation of Origin” (PDO), our delicious olive oil benefits from the excellent soil and climate conditions of the Messinian Valley, which receives more than 3,000 hours of sunlight per year. At Minerva, we work with small farmers who love and pamper every tree, and then pick the olives at the precise moment of ripeness for cold pressing into oil. The result is an EVOO with a full-bodied flavor and distinctively fruity and peppery aroma.
